WHERE WE SHIP

We deliver to:

  • United States — all 50 states, Washington DC, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
  • Canada — all provinces and territories

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations outside the US and Canada.

SHIPPING IS FREE

No minimum order. No promo code. No “free shipping over $X” conditions. The price you see — $49.99 — is the entire price. Delivery is on us.

PACKAGING

Because we ship glass, packaging is not an afterthought. Every mirror is packed in a custom-fitted box with:

  • Corner protectors on all four frame corners
  • Foam padding between the glass and the box walls
  • “Fragile — Handle with Care” labels on all sides
  • Internal bracing to prevent shifting during transit

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day
  • Orders after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays process the next business day
  • Average processing time: 1–2 business days

Processing includes order verification, quality check of the mirror before packing, careful packaging, and carrier handoff.

TRANSIT TIME

Once the carrier scans your package:

  • Continental US: 3–5 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories: 4–6 business days
  • Canada: 4–7 business days

These are estimates. Weather, peak holiday volume, and regional carrier capacity can add a day or two. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is generated.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Despite our careful packaging, mirrors can sometimes be damaged by rough handling. If your box arrives looking beaten up:

  1. Photograph the box BEFORE opening
  2. Open and inspect the mirror immediately
  3. If there is any damage, photograph it
  4. Email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery

We ship a replacement immediately. You keep the damaged mirror (or dispose of it — please handle broken glass carefully). No return of the damaged item is required. We file the carrier claim on our end.

MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, and around your property
  2. Wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally scan packages early)
  3. If still missing, email [email protected]

We work with the carrier to locate the package. If it cannot be found, we ship a replacement at no cost to you.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not shipped, we update it. If it has already shipped, we attempt to reroute with the carrier — not always possible, but we try.
