A good mirror shows you exactly what is there — no distortion, no filters, no surprises. Our privacy practices work the same way. Here is a clear look at what we see, what we keep, and what we never touch.

WHAT WE SEE

When you order a mirror from LivingBasics, we collect:

  • Your name — because “Dear Customer” on a shipping label is not a real name
  • Your email address — for order confirmation, tracking updates, and customer service replies
  • Your shipping address — so a 5-foot tall mirror in a box arrives at the right doorstep
  • Your phone number (optional) — so the delivery carrier can reach you if there is a gate, apartment code, or delivery question

That is the entire reflection. We do not ask for, collect, or want your date of birth, social media profiles, browsing history from other sites, or any other personal details.

WHAT WE NEVER SEE

Your payment information. When you enter your credit card number or PayPal login at checkout, that data goes directly from your browser to our payment processor’s secure servers. We never see your full card number. We never store it. We only receive a transaction confirmation.

Think of it like this: you are standing in front of the mirror. The mirror shows you to yourself — but the mirror does not keep a copy of your reflection after you walk away.
